By purchasing a Dumpster Depot product or service,
you agree to the rules and regulations below. No refunds are given due to an early pick up of a dumpster.
Waste Material
Customer represents and warrants that the materials place in the equipment shall be "waste material" as defined
herein and shall contain no other substances. The term "waste material" as used in these Terms and Conditions shall mean solid waste
generate by
Customer excluding radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical,
infectious, toxic or hazardous material. The
term "hazardous material" shall include, but no be limited to, any amount of waste listed or
characterized by hazardous by the United States Environmental Protection Agency or any state agency pursuant to the Resource
Conservation and Recovery Act of
1976, as amended or applicable by law. Title to and liability for any waste excluded
above shall remain with Customer and Customer expressly agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Contractor from and against any and all
damages and penalties to, liquids, solvents, chemicals, Freon, batteries, paint cans (unless dry), biohazards, medical waste, propane tanks, asbestos, lead
painted materials, dirt, equipment containing gas or oil, household garbage. Restrictions and fees may apply to appliances, furniture,
refrigerators, freezers, box springs, mattresses, air conditioners, tires, televisions, monitors and computers. Please inquire with specific questions.
Charges and Capacity
Maximum tonnage includes in the package is shown on your service. Be it
known that the weight of the delivery truck and
empty/full equipment is substantial the customer will provide sufficient access to deliver and
retrieve equipment inclusive of load bearing capability. Contractor
will not be held responsible for damages to yard, shrubs, fences or pavement.
Equipment Care
The equipment delivered to the customer is the property of the Contractor and therefore the customer will take reasonable care of it.
Any damage, movement, loss, etc., will be charged to the customer. All claims arising out of improper use or allowed access by the
customer will be their sole responsibility for damages, injuries, wrongful death, suits, penalties, and fines that arise. It is
the customer's responsibility to ensure that the equipment is secure until it is picked up by the vendor.
Leaving a site unattended does not excuse liability or charges for contamination.
Reasonable Control
Dumpster Depot warrants that they will make every effort to deliver and pick up as directed under contract. They are not liable for forces
of nature, strikes, laws, inhibited access, etc., that are beyond their control.

number ready.
Driveways and Parking Areas
Customer warrants that nay access/location provided for Contractor's equipment is
sufficient to bear weight of all equipment
and vehicles required to perform the service. Contractor shall not be responsible for damages to any pavement or accompanying
sub-surface or any route reasonably necessary to perform the services herein contracted. In addition, Contractor shall not be responsible for damages to
utilities, property, lawns, fences or shrubbery.
Don'ts:
Do not EVER overload your dumpster. Loading
must be level with the sides of the dumpster. Do not place any hazardous
materials, such as asbestos, chemicals, paints or liquids of any kind into the dumpster. There is a partial list in the terms and
conditions section of this
web site. Do not attempt to have a dumpster delivered that would involve our trucks driving on our across your lawn. We do not allow this. Only the dumpster itself may be
placed on the lawn
and will probably damage the lawn. We are not responsible for this damage if you insist on placing the dumpster there. Do not attempt to move the dumpster. If you need
for some reason to move the dumpster, please call 1-866-486-DUMP and we will coordinate this for your property.
Financial Responsibility
Any and all financial costs incurred in seeking a bill or invoice an amount owed to Dumpster Depot, or a bill to be paid in full to include NSF, bank fees, attorney fees, lien fees, lawsuit, collections fees, or any fines or overweight fees incurred by what a
customer has removed in dumpsters, the responsibility of the customer, on the dumpster is placed on a
property, jobsite, customer jobsite (2nd party) you have agreed and accepted these terms and conditions (also init space 1) and or by initialing agrees to these terms.
